Jason has helped us for a number of years with several refinances. He was able to help manage our fairly complex financials into a package that give us our best value. We also trusted his recommendations on when to do the refinances. Lots of adversity and unpredictability out there. He's never let us down. I trust his integrity and capability 100%. I have no reason to go anywhere else thank you again

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Express Capital. They helped us refinance our home in California and most recently, buy our new home in Washington state. Moving to a new state is stressful enough, let alone to an area with a highly competitive market, but Jason Santangelo helped us seal the deal on the very first home we put an offer on! He not only reached out to our realtor, but to the sellers’ realtor as well; we know this gesture made our offer even stronger. After our offer was accepted, Jason and Casey Porzio made everything a smooth, easy process. They quickly answered any questions we had, stayed in contact with our realtor throughout escrow, and even helped us to close early. Jason and Casey are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and kind. Refinancing and home buying can be daunting tasks, but not when you have an honest, outstanding team on your side like Express Capital. They are quite simply the best!

My wife and I recently found ourselves in a situation where we stumbled onto the home of our dreams, but the seller needed a 30 day escrow. We weren't really planning on moving, but we knew that in this tough housing market we needed to move fast or we would miss out on this opportunity. We quickly put in an offer and it was accepted. With all this happening so fast, we knew that we would need to find a dependable lender that would not only get our funding in place quickly, but would also get us the best rate.We contacted Express Capital, explained our situation and they immediately went to work. Chris and his team quickly got back to us with excellent rate options and were able to get our loan funded on time and without any issues. We are super happy that we worked with Express Capital on the purchase of our new home. They really did an excellent job and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly mortgage company.

We had the privilege of using Tom Neal's personable and professional services a few months back to refinance our home in Alexandria, Virginia. Tom is an extremely, knowledgeable professional that made the process extremely easy. We closed on our loan in less than 30 days (including the appraisal process). The settlement occurred at our home. Tom clearly articulated the pros and the cons for each facet of the process as it related to our application in a timely fashion. Tom always responded courteously and expeditiously to calls, texts, and emails. He provided us with a competitive rate with exemplary service. Without any reservation, we have referred Tom's services to others. Give Tom a call to chat about your situation, you will not regret it.Dennis and Carol K.Alexandria, Virginia

Michael was extremely helpful and patient with explaining the whole process of buying our first home! He was always on top of things and because of his knowledge of the market/world events that affect the housing market was able to lock us into our rate at the right time to get us the best interest rate we could have hoped for in this crazy market! Thank you Michael for helping us get to where we needed to be financially to buy our first home!

We've refinanced our loan probably 4 times since we initially bought our home and the last 2 have been with Express Capital. Before being referred to Jason at Express, we dealt with big name lenders who promised us (even in writing) rock-bottom rates and costs. In the end though, we never got the low rate, no-cost loan they promised because our "situation" didn't qualify. With Express, Jason asked all the pertinent questions upfront - it was clear he knew his stuff and he made it a point to educate us too. Transparent, honest, and delivered exactly on what he quoted. Can't ask for more. Don't be fooled by those low rate, no-cost advertisements - just go to Express.
